Face Inset Fillet

This is another Add-on from the the CAD set found at the following forum: Blender CAD AddOns

This is the Face Inset Fillet, which essentially creates filleted corners where edges meet.  In this example, I started with a square face, and applied the add-on.  The operation removes the original face, and applies the border with the fillited corners.

For this example I figure it looked a lot like a slide film (for photo).
